I started my journey in 2016 when I joined the military and needed to lose 10+ lbs in order to meet the BMI standards. I needed to lose it fast, so naturally I began to starve myself and burn myself out doing cardio in the gym. It worked, I was able to lose the weight and pass in order to join! YAY.

After I came back from Military Training, I started working a desk job & was bingeing on foods that I didn't have access to while I was away and was drinking HEAVILY on the weekends which caused me to gain 30+lbs very quickly. 

I didn't realize until a family member made a comment that it was time to get some bigger clothes. 













I reverted back to my old habits that got me quick results before - starving myself and burning myself out doing cardio. I would burn off what I ate that day. 

I started to only eat chicken, rice and broccoli... then I tried cutting carbs out completely doing the Keto Diet... then I cut breakfast out to do Intermittent Fasting.... I was desperate to lose weight but nothing I did seemed to work...

I had an unhealthy relationship with food, and I would stick to the diet for a couple days, fall off, binge eat, then start over every Monday and tell myself "I'm going to do it right this time" 

Just to repeat the cycle... that lasted for 4 years.

It wasn't until I left the toxic environment, moved across the country and surrounded myself with the right people and started to gain the knowledge and understand the science behind weight loss & what it actually takes to cut body fat and actually keep it off.









I started tracking calories & macros *the right way*, learned how to fuel my body properly, healed my relationship with food, optimized my metabolism and started to embody the lifestyle of the woman that gets the results I was after resulting in losing 30 pounds and building a body I am proud of.

What's so different about GRIT than other programs?

You're NOT just another number to us. We care about you as a person & we want the BEST for you in your journey. We want every client to feel like the ONLY client, which is why we keep our 1:1 Rosters very limited. 

Also, we give a sh*t about your education. We will NEVER hand you a plan to follow blindly. You will ALWAYS understand WHY you’re doing WHAT you’re doing and the science behind it too. To help with that, we have HUNDREDS of pages / videos of educational resources for you to keep FOR LIFE (even after you’re a client)! We truly want this to be the last program you ever need.

Once I've made my first payment, what happens next?

After you’ve applied to 1:1 coaching, completed your discovery call, and made your first payment, you’ll receive an onboarding email that gives you clear instructions on which apps to download and where to go to complete your new client intake form. 

You’ll also be added immediately to the GRIT Fitness Coaching Online Course, the Group with other Private Clients as well as to our custom fitness app you’ll be using during your program.

How soon will I start seeing results?

You will start feeling better in your body and mind almost immediately. As with any sustainable physical transformation, change will take time, so we never promise a "quick fix". No matter what, we will stay focused on all of your wins along the way & use your check-ins to evaluate progress every single week!

How much does it cost?

Like any 1:1 coaching program, GRIT's is a significant financial investment. 
We have a couple different coaching containers (6 month minimum), the cheapest of which starts at a couple hundred dollars a month. 

However, don't let this deter you because... what is it going to cost you to NOT invest in yourself and become the healthiest most confident version of yourself? Continue trying things on your own? Wasting time? 
The ROI (return on your investment) is WORTH the change, the time and the effort you've missed out on.




How often can I expect one-on-one support from my coach?

Building strong coach-client relationships is the foundation of our 1:1 program. That’s what you came here for. During the entirety of your commitment, you will have access to your coach via What’sApp 6 days a week. 
In addition to this, you’ll also have the opportunity to share more detailed information about your progress during: 

->Weekly check-ins, where your coach will assess your biofeedback and progress relating to your relationship with food, mindset struggles and triumphs, and physique changes.

->Video calls via Zoom, where you’ll see your coach face to face and have an uninterrupted half hour of their time to work through any in-depth issues or questions.
